These laboratories can work on the formulations and certain chemical reactions at a variety of temperatures.

PRODUCTION ENGINEERING AND SOLUTION APPLICATION :TAKING SUPPORT ALL THE WAY!

InS has two laboratories for offering AES:

PRODUCTION PILOTS

With capacities of up to several hundred kilograms, the pilot tests are intended to set the production parameter in order to deliver a complete, fully-controlled solution to producers.
To achieve this InS possesses equipment for dispersing, mixing, grinding, shearing, etc. powders, liquids and emulsions in various conditions.

As part of our services, InS offers development protocols for:

  • Determining equipment and sizing
  • Establishing usage parameters
  • Checking at various pilot scales
  • Establishing of protocols and procedures, including inspections plans
  • Monitoring of full scale implementation

APPLICATIONS LABORATORY

It is inconceivable to develop a product without knowing how to apply it: that is why InS offers the following in its AES:

  • Determination of the best available application processes
  • Determination of application parameters
  • Determining drying and baking settings
  • Validation tests and determination of inspection plans
  • In-service monitoring

REVERSE ENGINEERING SERVICE – RES

UNDERSTAND PRODUCTS AND MATERIALS TO GAIN A BETTER UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR OWN ISSUES.

RES helps to find out about the main elements of products and compounds in order to gain a better understanding of undesirable phenomena.
Check quality when no information is available.
RES aims to secure information about the initial compositions or exact make-up while maintaining confidentiality and respecting non-competition clauses.

Traces of undesirable solvents:

  • Banned pigments
  • Heavy metals
  • Structural problems (defective quality)
